The Annual Plant Sale at the United Church of Hinesburg has been a local tradition for over 40 years. It is held on the Saturday before Mother's Day, and in recent years it has coordinated with the town-wide garage sale date.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to hold this in-person event this year because of the stay-at-home order.
Instead, we’ve developed this online store for you to make your purchases!
As usual, we have beautiful, hardy perennials dug from our gardens to share with you. They are potted up in a generous size, and in great soil donated to us by Champlain Valley Compost Company. They’ll be ready to transplant right into your garden.
How to Use the Online Store:
Shop: Peruse our extensive offerings below and add items you would like to purchase to the cart. The online store will be open through Wednesday, May 13th.
Pay: Once you are finished shopping, go to your cart and follow the instructions. You can either pay by credit or debit card at the time you are ready to check out.
Pickup: Your order will be ready for pickup anytime between 9 AM and 1 PM on Saturday, May 16th, in our church parking lot located right in the heart of Hinesburg village @ 10570 VT-116. Be assured we are taking the necessary precautions wearing face masks and gloves and being mindful of social distancing.
Paquette’s Full of Posies has also generously offered to donate some of the proceeds of your purchase of Annuals to the United Church of Hinesburg when you visit their fully stocked greenhouses between May 16th and May 26th. Simply download this FLYER and present it at the register when you checkout at the greenhouse.
All the funds raised from this event are used to support our on-going efforts as the United Church of Hinesburg to build a more just, loving, and sustainable world through acts of fellowship, community service, and joyful worship.
